How to access and download Conference calls

One of the best resources in the Xooma back office is the access to previous Conference calls.
We have 2 major types of calls;

Xooma Corporate Health Education Call-Thursdays at 9:00 pm ET / 6:00 pm PT- Learn how Xooma’s products can help you enjoy more abundant health by tuning in to this informative call. Each week we feature an esteemed member of Xooma’s Scientific Advisory Board, and other wellness industry experts, to teach you how to take more control of your personal health and how Xooma’s cutting-edge wellness products are designed to support you on your path to optimal health.
To join the call:

Dial 641-715-3660. Then enter your participant code: 544657#

To join via Skype, first add freeconferencecallhd 6417153660 to your contacts. Then, at the scheduled date and time of the conference call, select the contact and click “Call”. Next, locate the key pad and enter the access code when prompted.

Xooma Corporate Business-Building Support Call-Saturdays at 11:00 am ET / 8:00 am PT-
This Saturday morning call is hosted by a member of Xooma’s Executive Team and is specifically designed to help you build your Xooma business. In addition to valuable information and updates from our Corporate Team, we feature a different guest speaker & trainer each week, who will offer key business strategies and ideas being used successfully in the field. You’ll also hear Xooma leaders and their fellow team members share personal experiences and testimonies about the changes Xooma has made in their life.

To join the call:

Dial 641-715-3660. Then enter your participant code: 544657#

To join via Skype, first add freeconferencecallhd 641-715-3660 to your contacts. Then, at the scheduled date and time of the conference call, select the contact and click “Call”. Next, locate the key pad and enter the access code when prompted.

If you are unable to attend these calls live or if you enjoyed the call and would like to save copy of the call you can access recorded calls in your Xooma Back office.

 Begin by logging into your back office.



Once you are in the back office landing page click on the “Training and Marketing Tools” tab.



Then simply click the weekly calls Icon.



Once you click on the Weekly calls Icon you will see a list of the Thursday Health Education Calls and the Saturday Business Education calls.


Each call has a couple of buttons below them,

There is a share on Facebook button which will allow you to share a call with your social network through Facebook.


There is also a “Click to listen” button

You can listen to the call through your internet browser by simply clicking this button.


You can download a copy of this audio file directly from Xooma by right clicking the button and choosing Save as (in some browsers this may say “Save link as” or “Save target as”).


This should pop up a window to allow you to choose a folder to save the file to, usually this defaults to your download folder.

 You simply click on the save option and this will begin to download to your computer for you to listen to or move to a CD or Mp3 player.

Updating your Site Name



Chances are when you signed up in Xooma you may not have had a strong opinion about your site name extension. At the time of sign up all Xooma members are given a site name extension. This extension makes your site unique and allows people to find your site so that they sign up in your organization.

You can find your site name at the end of your replicated site URL/web address for example;

www.xoomaworldwide.com/xxxxx

As we grow in this business and become more savvy about our message, and what we want to communicate, our tastes may change. This Step by step will allow you to Update or change your site name extension. This flexibility will help you mange your site name extension and help you align with the brand you choose to make with your Xooma Business.

A key component to organizing and managing your Xooma Business is to get familiar with the Xooma Website and more importantly the Xooma Back office.

Your Xooma website serves as a place to help you market information for Xooma opportunity, a company overview, and it is the access point for your Back office.

The Xooma Back office is where you can login to see your organization, manage your account details and access the latest Xooma News.

Let’s begin by visiting the Xooma Website (www.xooma.com)


At the top left corner of the screen you should see a link to sign in. Click on “Sign in”.

This will bring up our log in page.

Simply enter your Member ID or PIN (account number) and the password you provided at the time of your account registration.

If you need to recover your pass word you can click on the Forgot Pass word link or call into Customer Service anytime Monday through Friday 9 am – 5pm ET at 1-888-865-6687.



Once you log in you will be in the main landing page of the back office. You can begin exploring, we will cover a back office overview in another post.

Xooma's compensation plan is comprised of several income streams. Participation in all income streams is not mandatory but as we review all of the income streams you will see the synergy and, really organic growth of the compensation plan.

I have been with Xooma since we first launched on May 5th 2005. The other day I was helping a member with a back office concern and we were reviewing some of the commissions reports. As I was explaining the how and why regarding commissions I was using terms that I knew but that are not always obvious when you look into our backoffice. I wanted to outline the common terms that we use describing the compensation plan and understanding Xooma.

Glossary of Terms
 
PV (Point Volume) is the amount of commissionable dollars in your personal purchase or group.  To help your downline, you can refer to this as the “pay volume”, because this is where the system  determines payout commission dollars.

QV
(Qualifying Volume) is the unit of measure for “qualification volume”.  All Xooma products carry QV.  Qualifying Volume is used to help determine the level of qualification for personal purchases.

Rapid Rewards Volume reflects the contributing qualification volume in the Executive Pay Plan segment of your business to help you in reaching the Rapid Rewards payout levels.   So this means that you must have 100 in personal Rapid Rewards Volume and four personally sponsored members also with 100 Rapid Rewards points to qualify for the first level in the Rapid Rewards Bonus Program.

In a previous blog entry we discussed the Compensation Qualifications,this entry will look at a quick rundown of the Commission Payouts according to the Compensation plan.

Xooma pays out at least $0.50 of every commission-able dollar back out to the field. This is a big step forward in the direct selling industry. Xooma is also a company that let's you see exactly how and where you are being paid in your organization through your back office reporting tools.

This is a quick check list to keep for a quick reference on how the compensation plan pays out.

A lot of times when I am on the phone speaking with a new Xooma Member one of the first Major concerns,beyond product efficacy and order fulfillment, is the compensation plan.

What makes Xooma so unique is that you have the opportunity to create income by recommending the products you use and trust to others.Over the Next several blog entries I want to approach the compensation plan in Xooma. It is a strong plan that really rewards members who make an effort to show, share and grow their Xooma business at any level. You don't have to be the next Robert Kiyosaki to make money with Xooma Worldwide.

When I was a kid the first thing I did when my brother and I got a new board game was to rip open the box and start playing. Of course, over the years I have found out that you can't just rob the bank in monopoly, while it was OK for my brother and I, but it was frowned upon at church game night.

We all know the feeling it's hard to contain your excitement when you are given something new. You want to get started right away.

But, just like anything else in life Xooma does have some pre-requisites. The best first step is to review the Compensation Plan through the Xooma Website here.

Xooma sets itself apart as being an "a la carte" compensation plan. In other words Xooma worldwide does not force its members to participate in every income stream. Setting up your personalized website – A step-by-step guide

To use your Xooma back office effectively you need three things, an email address, a distributor I.D. number, and a password.

Assuming you’ve got these three things already, let’s start using your back office.

First you’ll need to go to the Xooma website. Enter “http://www.Xoomaworldwide.com” into the address bar of your web browser.

You should see a page that looks similar to the page below. At the top right of the page enter your login and password information and click “Member’s Log in”.
