Site management
The Xooma Back office allows you to manage what your Xooma Replicated sites display. Your Xooma Replicated site, as we have seen before the replicated site is the first impression someone will have of Xooma Worldwide.
With this in mind let's review what you already have access to and more importantly what you can control and customize through your Xooma Back office.
Let's start by logging into your back office.
Your Login is your Account number or PIN, and the passcode is one you would have provided during sign up. If you have forgotten your passcode you can click on the link to retrieve your passcode. You can also retrieve this by calling into customer service Monday through Friday 9 am - 5pm EST at 1-888-865-6687. You can also email us cs@xoomaworldwide.com.
Once you have logged into your back office click on the "My Site" tab.
Once you are in MY site click on My Profile.
The Site controls are broken down into Four sections:
1. Your Personal Website Information
In this section you can set your display name. This can be your name or a company name that you would like to display. You can also choose to display Your phone number and/or email by simply clicking on the box to display and then designating the email or phone number in their respective fields.
Directly below the email field you will see 3 options: "display my story page", "display custom page", and "custom page link". These are all options for a custom page that you can create in the Xooma Back office. We will discuss these in a future post.
Following the Custom page link option, you will see that we have a chance to choose to display PC sign up option (available in the U.S.only) a P.C. stands for a preferred customer. Preferred customers option allows someone who is interested in just buying product to join our business. They will not build an organization, will not receive the same discounts as a business builder and have limited access to the backoffice. However if you have someone who is not interested in the business opportunity they can join as a p.c..
The Following 2 options deal with displaying our Edge Marketing system. The Edge marketing system is a 3rd party lead management and marketing tool. If you are using the edge marketing tool you can display the option to take advantage of a free trial offer. IF you want a more streamlined sign up you can share this later with your members once you have had an opportunity to see if they want that system.
The Next option is the Xooma Bottle promotion. During sign up you can buy the Xooma Water bottle for the introductory price of $3.99. This is a great deal on the Xooma water bottle but if you have international members who might be concerned with the shipping cost associated with adding a bottle you can choose to turn this option off.
And the Last in your personal information section is Multi-item sign up. You can choose to allow your prospects to sign up with multiple cart items. Some members focus on the sale of specific packs and choose to display one options to avoid confusion.
The Next section in Site management is "Customizing your sign up categories"
This section allows you to remove sections of products. This is useful if you have an area of focus in your marketing strategy. So if I concentrate on Selling weight loss I can remove all the sections that do not deal specifically with weight loss.
As you can see, clicking on the arrow displays the category options that you can remove.
The Next Section is "Customize Sign up packages on your replicated site".
This option helps you customize your offering of sign up packages. Here at xooma we believe you should have the ability to tailor the package you want to share with your members. Again by clicking on the package on the drop down menu you can choose to remove it from your replicated site.
At the bottom of this section you can see that we list any item/pack that you have restricted. If you would like to add it back to you sign up packages simply click on the link at the right "add back to sign up" and it will appear back on your replicated site.
The final option in your site profile is "Sign up preference for X20 products" X20products.com is a free replicated site that focuses on the Xooma Products.
You have the option to display sign ups for Distributors and Preferred customers (P.C.) or you can single out either just distributors or Preferred customers.
These customizations are all designed to allow you to reach out to the audience you want to cultivate in your Xooma Business.
