Placing a one time order through your back office

Hi Xooma Fans 

Today I wanted to take some time to walk you thought the order process in your Xooma back office. The process is basic but can really help especially if you need to place a drop-ship order (an order going to a different address) or to help you place additional orders for your personal qualifications. 

Placing an Order

Step 1: Go to the Xooma Website ( www.xoomaworldwide.com ) and Log in to your back office.





Your Login is your Account number or PIN, and the passcode is one you would have provided during sign up. If you have forgotten your passcode you can click on the link to retrieve your passcode. You can also retrieve this by calling into customer service Monday through Friday 9 am - 5pm EST at 1-888-865-6687. You can also email us cs@xoomaworldwide.com.

Step 2: From the homepage of the Xooma back office  you can click on the "view my cart/ order online" link 


Step 3: Once you have clicked  "view my cart/ order online" link you have a view of your shopping cart. This shopping cart has 4 major steps: first Verifying the Ship to Country, second the Product cart, third Payment and Shipping method, and finally the Check out. 


Step 4: Verify the ship Country. Each country has a specific product offering depending on what a country will allow in, this step allows our system to make sure that we offer products available to the address. 

If you want want to use the address on your profile click on the submit button in the top box. 


If you want to use a different mailing address click submit in the second box. 



If the address is in another country use the drop down arrow and select the country first. Then Click Submit.


Step 5: The Product Cart is the second step in processing and order. This menu is divided into 2 major sections: 

A- The product cart

B- Product input 

When you are placing items in your cart you can add them directly through the product input by their SKU number if you know the product code. 

In the product input there are also 3 quantities of X20 that you can add by simply clicking submit below  each quantity weather it is a Single (one month supply), Double (2 month supply) or a Quad( four month supply).

Lastly if you are not sure of the code you can simply click on the "Look Up Items" link
 Once you click "Look Up Items" link a pop up menu with a list of Xooma products will show  with the corresponding SKU/ product code number that you can enter to add to your cart. 
Step 6: Once you have added all the items that you want to order click on the,"Select Payment and Shipping" method link.  Simply fill in the credit card information. Then double check the address, or update the address to the shipping address. 

Step 7: Once the Shipping and payment information has been updated click submit. You will be asked if you are ready to check out. Click on the link. And you will be taken to the Final checkout to verify all the information you have entered. 



Step 8: Click submit and the system will process your transaction if the transaction was successful you will get an Invoice number.
